Emergency support is $990 inc GST which includes 2 hours of P1 priority support with an immediate response from our on-call DBA. If additional time is required beyond the initial 2 hours, this is billed at $450 ex-GST per hour in 15-minute increments. We maintain continuous engagement until the issue is fully resolved.

Do I need to be an existing client? +

No - emergency support is available to any organisation experiencing a critical SQL Server issue. However, our Managed SQL Support clients benefit from priority response times guaranteed under their SLA, and receive preferential rates for P1 incident support as part of their agreement. If you find yourself needing emergency support regularly, our managed services provide a significantly more cost-effective approach with proactive monitoring that helps prevent emergencies in the first place.

What's your typical resolution time? +

Every incident is different, however we typically establish the root cause within the first hour. Time to resolution from there depends on the nature of the issue and what's involved to remediate it - a misconfigured failover may be resolved in minutes, while large-scale database corruption or ransomware recovery will naturally take longer. Regardless of complexity, we maintain continuous engagement until the issue is fully resolved.
